Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and fbu7 ("fbu7", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the fbu7 website at fbu7.com, including all services, games, betting markets, wallet functions, bonuses, and promotional features available therein.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the fbu7 Privacy Policy and the fbu7 Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and fbu7.
1.1 Platform Scope
fbu7 offers the following gaming and betting services to eligible registered players: live casino games (including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Andar Bahar, Dragon Tiger, and game show titles), sports betting (with a primary focus on cricket including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series), video slots and jackpot slots, and Pool Rummy card game tournaments. Additional products may be added to the platform from time to time, and their availability will be subject to these Terms unless a separate product-specific addendum is published.
1.2 Amendments and Notifications
fbu7 may amend these Terms at any time for reasons including but not limited to changes in applicable law, updates to platform functionality, modifications to payment processing arrangements, or revisions to responsible gaming obligations. Where a material change is made to the Terms, fbu7 will endeavour to provide notice via a platform-level announcement. Players who do not accept the amended Terms should close their account by contacting fbu7 support prior to the effective date of the revised Terms.
Age Restriction and Eligibility
The fbu7 platform is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 years and above. By registering an account, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and that the laws applicable in your jurisdiction do not prohibit you from participating in online casino games or sports betting.
2.1 Age Verification
fbu7 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any player at any time. Acceptable documents for age verification include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. Until age verification is satisfactorily completed, fbu7 may restrict access to withdrawal processing and certain high-value game features.
Where fbu7 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately pending investigation. If the investigation confirms that the player was under 18 at the time of registration or at the time of any deposit, all winnings and bonuses associated with the account will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the payment method used for the original deposit, minus any transaction fees incurred.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility
fbu7 operates as an online gaming platform accessible to players in Bangladesh. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of fbu7 complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your location. fbu7 does not make any representation as to the legality of online gaming in any jurisdiction outside the scope of the platform's intended Bangladesh market.
2.3 Single Account Policy
Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on fbu7. Registration of duplicate accounts, whether under the same or a different name, phone number, email address, payment method, or device, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, fbu7 will close all associated accounts without notice, void all pending and settled bonuses, and may withhold account balances pending investigation into potential abuse. Players who have previously been self-excluded from fbu7 are prohibited from registering a new account during the exclusion period.
Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

3.2 Account Security Obligations
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fbu7 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. fbu7 will never contact you to request your password via email, SMS, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your fbu7 account while your credentials are in use will be treated as authorised by you, regardless of whether you personally conducted the activity.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify fbu7 support immediately via the contact details provided at fbu7.com/support. fbu7 will investigate the report and may temporarily suspend the account pending the outcome of that investigation.
3.3 Account Information Updates
It is your responsibility to ensure that the personal information held on your fbu7 account remains accurate and up to date at all times. If your mobile number, email address, or payment method details change, you must update your account information promptly. Failure to maintain accurate account information may delay withdrawal processing or result in temporary account restrictions.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
4.1 Deposits
Deposits to your fbu7 BDT wallet are processed via the payment methods listed within your account dashboard at the time of deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by fbu7, though your individual payment provider (e.g., bKash or Nagad) may apply their own daily transaction limits, which are beyond fbu7's control.
Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your fbu7 wallet within seconds of the mobile financial transaction completing. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to two (2) banking hours. fbu7 does not charge a deposit processing fee; however, your payment provider may charge their own transaction fees, for which fbu7 accepts no responsibility.
All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. fbu7 does not accept deposits from third-party payment methods, including accounts held by family members or friends. Deposits identified as originating from third-party payment methods will be reversed, and the associated account will be subject to review.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with fbu7's anti-fraud and responsible payments policy. You may submit a withdrawal request from your fbu7 account dashboard at any time. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard withdrawal processing time is within twenty-four (24) hours of the request being submitted, subject to completion of any required identity or payment verification.
fbu7 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed defined thresholds or that are associated with accounts where identity verification has not been fully completed. During any such review, the withdrawal request will be placed in a pending status. fbu7 aims to resolve pending withdrawal reviews within three (3) business days.
4.3 Refused and Reversed Transactions
fbu7 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, use of third-party payment methods, breach of these Terms, or where the transaction would result in a player exceeding their self-imposed deposit limits. In such cases, fbu7 will contact the player via their registered contact details to request further information.
4.4 Currency
All fbu7 account balances, game stakes, wager amounts, winnings, bonus credits, and withdrawal amounts are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). fbu7 does not apply currency conversion to any transaction for Bangladesh-based players. Players accessing the platform from outside Bangladesh do so at their own risk and acknowledge that they are solely responsible for any currency conversion costs applied by their payment provider.
Bonuses and Promotions
fbu7 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers aligned with events such as BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus principles set out in this section.
5.1 General Bonus Conditions
Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms, the following conditions apply to all fbu7 bonuses:
- Bonuses are available to registered players aged 18 and above only.
- Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method.
- Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must satisfy the stated wagering requirement before any portion may be transferred to the withdrawable cash balance.
- Wagering contributions vary by game type: live casino games, slots, sports bets, and card games may each contribute a different percentage toward wagering requirements, as specified in the individual offer terms.
- Bonus offers have an expiry period. Any bonus funds and associated winnings not wagered through within the stated period will be forfeited automatically.
- fbu7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that modifications do not retroactively affect bonuses already accepted by players.
5.2 Bonus Abuse
fbu7 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: claiming the same bonus multiple times using different accounts; using bonus funds to hedge bets or place opposing bets that guarantee a profit regardless of outcome; exploiting errors or loopholes in bonus mechanics; and collaborating with other players to systematically profit from bonus offers. Where fbu7 identifies bonus abuse, it reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and to close the associated account without payment of any balance accumulated through abusive activity.
5.3 Seasonal and Event Promotions
fbu7 periodically offers promotions tied to sporting events and cultural occasions relevant to the Bangladesh market, including BPL fixtures, T20 World Cup campaigns, Eid promotional offers, and Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year) specials. These promotions will be announced on the fbu7 platform and will be governed by their own specific terms in addition to the general bonus conditions in this section.
User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
As a registered player on fbu7, you agree to use the platform in a lawful, fair, and responsible manner at all times. The following obligations and prohibitions apply to your use of the fbu7 platform without exception.
6.1 Player Obligations
- You must provide accurate and truthful information at all times, including during registration, identity verification, and any support interaction.
- You must keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any other person.
- You must use only payment methods registered in your own name.
- You must notify fbu7 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
- You must not use the fbu7 platform if you have voluntarily self-excluded or if your account has been suspended or closed by fbu7.
- You must play in good faith and not exploit any game errors, software bugs, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain.
6.2 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fbu7 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
- Registering more than one account on fbu7, whether in your own name or any other name.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with any game, betting market, or platform feature.
- Colluding with other players in poker, rummy, or any other multiplayer game format to gain an unfair advantage.
- Attempting to manipulate or exploit any game outcome, including live dealer game outcomes.
- Using the fbu7 platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
- Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after using deposited funds for wagering.
- Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward fbu7 staff or other players via any communication channel.
- Attempting to access any portion of the fbu7 platform that you are not authorised to access, including other players' accounts or fbu7's backend systems.
6.3 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct
Where fbu7 identifies or reasonably suspects a breach of these obligations, it reserves the right to immediately suspend access to the player's account, void any pending bets or casino wagers, withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation, and permanently close the account. Any winnings, bonuses, or credits associated with activity carried out in breach of these Terms may be forfeited in their entirety. fbu7 may report suspected fraudulent or criminal activity to relevant authorities.
Account Suspension and Closure
7.1 Closure by the Player
You may request the closure of your fbu7 account at any time by contacting fbu7 support via the channels listed at fbu7.com/support. Prior to closing your account, any remaining withdrawable balance will be processed to your registered payment method, subject to the standard withdrawal conditions and identity verification requirements. Bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement will be forfeited upon account closure at your request.
7.2 Suspension or Closure by fbu7
fbu7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following has occurred:
- A material breach of these Terms & Conditions by the player.
- Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
- Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity conducted through the player's account.
- Identification of a duplicate account associated with the same individual.
- A chargeback or payment reversal initiated by the player in bad faith.
- The player has been identified as being under 18 years of age.
- A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement instruction requiring fbu7 to close the account.
Where an account is closed by fbu7 due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, fbu7 reserves the right to withhold the entire account balance. Where an account is closed by fbu7 for any other reason (e.g., platform risk management), any withdrawable balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after the conclusion of any required investigation.
7.3 Dormant Accounts
An fbu7 account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. fbu7 will attempt to notify the player via their registered email address or phone number prior to applying any dormant account policy. fbu7 reserves the right to deduct a monthly administration fee from dormant account balances after the dormancy period has been reached, to a maximum of the balance held. Players may reactivate a dormant account by contacting fbu7 support and completing any required re-verification.
Responsible Gaming
fbu7 operates as an entertainment platform and recognises that for most players, online gaming remains a recreational activity conducted within personal limits. However, fbu7 also acknowledges that a small number of players may develop problematic gambling behaviour. fbu7 is committed to providing practical tools and clear guidance to help all players maintain control of their gaming activity.
8.1 Responsible Gaming Tools
The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered fbu7 players through the account dashboard after login:
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount they are permitted to deposit. These limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased without a mandatory twenty-four (24) hour cooling-off period.
- Session Time Reminders: Players may configure alerts to be displayed after a set period of continuous gameplay, prompting them to take a break.
- Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary cooling-off period of twenty-four (24) hours, seven (7) days, or thirty (30) days. During a cooling-off period, the player's account will remain active but real-money gaming activity will be restricted.
- Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a longer break from fbu7 may request self-exclusion for a defined period of between three (3) months and five (5) years, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours and block the player from accessing any real-money gaming feature on fbu7 for the duration of the exclusion period.
8.2 Player Responsibility
While fbu7 provides the tools described above, the primary responsibility for responsible gaming rests with each individual player. fbu7 encourages all players to set and respect personal limits, to take regular breaks from gaming, to never chase losses, and to seek support promptly if they feel their gaming activity is becoming problematic. Gaming should be treated as a form of entertainment — not as a source of income or a means to resolve financial difficulties.
8.3 Minors and Player Protection
fbu7 is strictly an 18+ platform. If you share a device with minors, you are responsible for ensuring that minors cannot access your fbu7 account. fbu7 recommends the use of parental control software on shared devices.
